As we continue to monitor the national COVID-19 Pandemic, we have decided to expand the precautions that we are taking as a clinic. Our goal is to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy while continuing to provide medical care to our beloved patients. We will continue to see sick appointments, surgeries, and wellness exams. However, to limit everyone's exposure in the waiting room and exam rooms, we will be implementing a “curbside medicine” protocol. We will ask clients to remain in their vehicle, call us upon arrival. We will get patient history over the phone. The technician will then bring your pet into the office for their exam. After the exam the doctor will call to discuss findings and treatment recommendations. Payment will be collected over the phone or at your vehicle. Please call ahead for all prescriptions and food orders; we will take payment over the phone and the prescription will be brought to you in your vehicle upon arrival.
If your pet is sick and you are not feeling well yourself, please stay home and make arrangements for your pet to be brought in by someone else.
We will be discontinuing all grooming services at this time to further limit exposure and allow our staff to focus on continuing to provide medical care to our patients.
